A fun class combining elements of acrobatics with dance. Children will develop their strength and flexibility through a range of activities. They'll then use these skills to develop acrobatic elements, such as jumps, leaps, handstands and cartwheel variations, and incorporate these into dance routines. Children will also use teamwork to create acrobatic balances and skills in pairs and groups.

This class also incorporates our unique 'Colour Awards' programme, which enables children to track their progress and achievements with a medal system.

What to wear:
At RMB Dance we do not have a strict uniform but do ask that children wear clothing that enables them to properly participate in the class. Acro-dance: Non-baggy attire with no buttons/ zips that might catch on other children and cause injury. Recommended clothing is leotard or t-shirt with leggings or joggers, and bare feet or grip socks. Long hair should be tied back and no jewellery should be worn. Please bring a full, named water bottle.

* Our classes are independent - grown ups don't stay in the studio during classes. There is a small seating area just outside the studio where most parents choose to wait.
