A fun, energetic combination of ballet and creative dance, including: ballet technique, strength, flexibility, expression and freedom of movement. Classes include a range of activities so that children develop foundations in dance technique rhythm and musicality, whilst providing plenty of opportunities for self-expression and creativity.

This class also incorporates our unique 'Colour Awards' programme, which enables children to track their progress and achievements with a medal system.

What to wear:
At RMB Dance we do not have a strict uniform but do ask that children wear clothing that enables them to properly participate in the class. Modern Ballet: t-shirt or leotard, leggings or joggers, and ballet shoes. Long hair should be tied back and no jewellery should be worn. Ballet items can be accessed at no cost via our Swap Shop.

For the trial/ first class, children can dance in bare feet. Children should also bring a full water bottle.

* Our classes are independent - grown ups do not stay in the studio during classes. There is a small seating area just outside the studio where most parents/ guardians choose to wait. Please ensure your child has been to the toilet before class.
