A fun, energetic class introducing dance and acrobatics. Children will develop physical foundations through a range of activities. They'll then use these skills to explore acrobatic elements such as balances, jumps, leaps, rolls, handstands and cartwheel variations, and incorporate these into dance routines.

This class uses our unique 'Foundation Programme', with children tracking their progress with a sticker chart system.

What to wear:
At RMB Dance we do not have a strict uniform but do ask that children wear clothing that enables them to properly participate in the class. For this class: leotard or t-shirt with leggings or joggers, and bare feet or grip socks. Long hair should be tied back and no jewellery should be worn. Children should also bring a full, named water bottle.

* Our classes are independent - grown ups do not stay in the studio during classes. There is a small seating area just outside the studio where most parents/ guardians choose to wait. Please ensure your child has been to the toilet before class.
