A fun, energetic combination of ballet and contemporary dance, including: ballet technique, strength, flexibility, expression and freedom of movement. Classes include a range of activities so that children develop various skills and technique, whilst providing plenty of opportunities for self-expression and creativity. This class incorporates our unique Colour Awards progress programme which enables children to track their progress and achievements.

What to wear:
At RMB Dance we do not have a strict uniform but do ask that children wear clothing that enables them to properly participate in the class:
Modern Ballet - Plain leotard, leggings over the top, ballet shoes.
Many ballet items can be accessed at no cost via our Swap Shop.

For the trial/ first class, children can wear a t-shirt and leggings with bare feet. Children should also bring a full water bottle.

* Our classes are independent - grown ups don't stay in the studio during classes. There is a small seating area just outside the studio where most parents choose to wait.
