A fun class introducing elements of acrobatics and dance. Children will develop physical foundations through a range of activities. They'll then use these skills to develop acrobatic elements, such as rolls, jumps, leaps, handstands and cartwheel variations, and incorporate these into dance routines. Children will also begin to use teamwork to create basic acrobatic balances and skills in pairs and groups.

What to wear:
At RMB Dance we do not have a strict uniform but do ask that children wear clothing that enables them to properly participate in the class:
Acro-dance- Close-fitting attire with no buttons/ zips that might catch on other children and cause injury. Recommended clothing is leotard or close-fitting t-shirt with leggings or close-fitting joggers, and bare feet or grip socks. Long hair should be tied back and no jewellery should be worn. Please bring a full, named water bottle.

* This class is independent - grown ups don't stay in the studio during classes. There is a small seating area just outside the studio where most parents choose to wait.
